Easy Keto Pancake Recipe

Here is an easy recipe you can make today! Guarantee you have all the ingredients for this easy pancake breakfast. In this recipe there is minimal ingredients. This recipe is small so you need to double it if you're making for your family. I made one batch, one batch had 6 small pancakes or 3 big pancakes depending on the size you make each pancake. I like to make my pancakes small so it's easy to flip!


This recipe is super versatile because you can make them in a pan, griddle or in a waffle maker and make them into chocolate waffles :D The best part about this recipe is... EASY KETO PANCAKE RECIPE (CHOCOLATE)


RECIPE


1 TSP COCONUT FLOUR

1/4 TSP BAKING POWDER

1 TBS ERYTHRITOL (IF YOU DON'T LIKE SWEET USE HALF) I ATE WITH BACK COFFEE SO I WANTED SWEET PANCAKES :D

1 TBS COCOA POWDER

1 egg

1 TBS 35% CREAM

1 TSP VANILLA




STEP 1: MIX ALL INGREDENTS IN A BOWL


STEP 2: GREESE PAN, GRIDDLE OR WAFFLE MAKER


STEP 3: HEAT PAN, GRIDDLE OR WAFFLE MAKER ( MINIMUM TEMP OR UP TILL 2 ON STOVE)


STEP 3: COOK FOR 2 MINS ON EACH SIDE


STEP 4: FINISHED! TOP WITH SYRUP, FRUIT OR HOMEMADE WHIP CREAM
