RECIPE: 3 TBS FLOUR

1 TSP ERYTHRITOL (OPTIONAL)

1/2 SCOOP VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER (OPTIONAL)

1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

1 TBS VANILLA EXTRACT (OPTIONAL)



STEP 1: IN A BIG BOWL ADD EGGS, CREAM CHEESE, 35% CREAM,

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL (OPTIONAL)


STEP 2: WHISK TOGETHER


STEP 3: USE A GRIDDLE OR PAN TO COOK THE PANCAKES COOK 1-2 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE THEN FLIP.
