KETO BREAKFAST SANDWICH

Can't miss out on have that coffee and a delicious breakfast sandwich. I have a recipe that is low carb as well as keto that will satisfy those morning cravings. This recipe is super simple and versatile. You can top this sandwich with anything you would like!


In this recipe you will focus on making just the bread of the sandwich. After you make it you can get creative! ;) If you're familiar with fathead dough then you are one step in the right direction.





INGREDIENTS USED:

EGGS , MOZZARELLA & CREAM CHEESE AT YOUR LOCAL STORE :D


RECIPE: 1/2 CUP COCONUT FLOUR

2 TSP BAKING POWDER

2 OZ CREAM CHEESE

2 1/2 CUPS MOZZARELLA

3 EGGS

2 TBS MCT OIL


STEP 1: IN A BOWL ADD CREAM CHEESE, MOZZARELLA, SALT AND PEPPER & MICROWAVE FOR 15-30 SECONDS (MICROWAVE TILL CHEESE IS MELTED)


STEP 2: TO THAT BOWL ADD COCONUT FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER, AND EGGS. (IN THAT ORDER SO YOU DON'T ADD THE EGG FIRST IT MIGHT START TO COOK ON THE HOW CHEESE)


STEP 3: ADD MCT OIL OR BUTTER (OPTIONAL) TO THE BOWL AND MIX, KNEAD & SHAPE INTO DOUGH


STEP 4: SHAPE INTO AN ENGLISH MUFFIN SHAPE & BAKE @350 FOR 5-10 MINUTES


READY TO SERVE! CUT OPEN AND TOP WITH EGG, AVOCADO, CHEESE, TOMATO OR ANY OTHER TOPPINGS.
