KETO CHERRY CHEESECAKE SNACK

Simple and delicious healthy snack; cherry cheesecake. Just a few ingredients. Low carb, gluten free, sugar free and keto friendly, this recipe fits into your healthy lifestyle easily! For this recipe you can use fresh or frozen cherries. I just got back from cherry picking, so I will be using fresh cherries. The only difference is that they may require more sweetener.

I forgot to mention this is a no bake cherry cheesecake, which means a lot less work than baking a cheesecake.

35% CREAM (HEAVY CREAM)

CREAM CHEESE



TOPPINGS:


You can use gram crackers, chocolate, cherries or any other toppings you would like. I used cherries of course :)


STEP 1 : TAKE OUT CREAM CHEESE OUT OF THE REGRIDERATOR, LET IT SIT OUT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR


STEP 2: IN A SEPARATE BOWL POUR HEAVY CREAM AND USING HAND MIXER UNTIL THE HEAVY CREAM FORMS STIFF PEAKS


STEP 3: NOW THAT THE CREAM CHEESE IS ROOM TEMPERATURE USING THE HAND MIXER TO BEAT IN ERYTHRITOL INTO THE SAME BOWL AS THE CREAM CHEESE


STEP 4: NOW USING THE HAND MIXER COMBINE THE CREAM CHEESE AND THE HEAVY CREAM INTO ONE BOWL


STEP 5: USE ICE CREAM BOWLS, MASON JARS OR ANYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEPERATE THE MIXTURE INTO 6 SERVINGS


STEP 6: CHILL FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR


STEP 7: TOP WITH CHERRIES OR GRAHAM CRACKER AND SERVE!
