Here is an easy fried chicken dinner recipe. Try this delicious fried chicken recipe tonight. Your whole family will enjoy so make extra! This recipe is keto friendly so you don't have to worry about the carbs, Eat and enjoy. Keto fried chicken is traditionally fried... but in this recipe we will be making this authentic fried chicken in the oven.

FRIED CHICKEN (OVEN MADE)
RECIPE: 1/2 CUP ALMOND FLOUR
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP CHILLI FLAKES
1 TSP OREGANO
1 TSP RED PEPPER
1 TSP PAPRIKA SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
1 EGG
2 TBS 35% CREAM (IF YOU DON’T LIKE SPICY CUT THE SEASONINGS DOWN TO HALF)
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
MCT OIL TO COAT CHICKEN & PAN
MARINADE: 1 EGG 2 TBS 35% CREAM
Step 1
WASH & DRY CHICKEN CUT TO DESIRED PEICES
Step 2
PUT SALT & PEPPER ON CHICKEN
Step 3
PUT CHICKEN IN MARINADE, AND REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS
Step 4
AFTER 2 HOURS GET YOUR CHICKEN AND COAT IT IN THE SEASONING MIXTURE.
Step 5
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 FOR 20-25 MINUTES MAKE SURE TO BRUSH OR SPRAY MCT OIL ON CHICKEN BEFORE PUTTING IN THE OVEN.
