Recipe:



1 Cups 35% Cream


2 TBS Peanut Butter


4 TBS Erythritol


2 TBS Cocoa Powder


1 TSP Vanilla Extract (optional)


2 TBS Maple Syrup (IF YOU DON’T HAVE SYRUP USE ONLY ERYTHRITOL)


1/4 TSP XANTHAN GUM (optional)




Directions:



Step 1



Combine in a bowl cream, peanut butter, maple syrup, erythritol, and xathan gum. Vanilla and Cocoa powder is optional.



Step 2


Microwave.



Step 3



Shape and Refrigerate & Enjoy. 😋
