1 CUP ALMOND FLOUR (DIVIDED)

2oz CREAM CHEESE

1 1/2 CUPS MOZZERELLA

1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

1/2 TSP SALT

1 EGG




STEP 1: IN A BOWL MIX TOGETHER ALMOND FLOUR, SALT AND BAKING POWDER


STEP 2: IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD MOZZERALLA, AND CREAM CHEEESE


STEP 3: MICROWAVE MOZZERALLA AND CREAM CHEESE FOR 30 SECONDS TO 1 MINUTE


STEP 4: ADD HALF OF ALMOND FLOUR MIXURE TO THE MOZZERALLA MIXTURE


STEP 5: MIX TOGETHER THEN ADD 1 EGG AND MIX AGAIN


STEP 6: THE POUR THE REST OF THE ALMOND FLOUR MIXURE WITH THE MOZZERALLA MIXTURE


STEP 7: MIX AND KNEED THE DOUGH


STEP 8: PRE HEAT OVEN TO 400


STEP 9: CUT INTO DESIRED PIECES AND BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES THE LAST 2 MINUTES TURN ON BROIL
