RECIPE
3 CUPS COCONUT
1 CUP COCONUT OIL (DIVIDED)
1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK (OPTIONAL)
1 CUP ERYTHRITOL (DIVIDED)
*Note before lining the pan with mixture, taste it! I put 1 cup of erythritol but this recipe is really something you should try before refrigerating or freezing the mixture *
STEP 1: IN A BOWL MIX TOGETHER COCONUT FLAKES, 1/4 CUP ERYTHRITOL, 1/4 CUP COCONUT OIL (MELTED) AND SET ASIDE
STEP 2: IN ANOTHER BOWL MIX COCOA POWDER, 3/4 CUP ERYTHRITOL, 3/4 CUP COCONUT OIL, AND ALMOND MILK
STEP 3: GET A PAN AND LINE IT WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
STEP 4: ADD THE COCONUT LAYER AND PACK IT TIGHT
STEP 5: ADD THE COCOA POWDER LAYER
STEP 6: SPRINKLE COCONUT FLAKES ON TOP AND REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE
