These no bake peanut butter bars are of course keto, gluten free and vegan! Do not worry about having a cheat snack because this is far from cheating. Its creamy, delicious and healthy. No added sugar but will crush that sweet tooth craving!

NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BARS


RECIPE


1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER

1 CUP COCONUT FLOUR

1/2 CUP SYRUP

1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER

1/4 COCONUT OIL


CHOCOLATE TOPPING


1/4 COCOA POWDER

1/4 COCONUT OIL (MELTED)

2 TSP ERYTHRITOL

1/4 CUP SYRUP


STEP 1: IN A BOWL COMBINE PEANUT BUTTER AND SYRUP


STEP 2: ADD TO YOUR BOWL COCONUT FLOUR AND COMBINE


STEP 3: LINE A PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER


STEP 4: WHEN MIXTURE IS COMBINED ADD IT TO THE LINE PAN AND FREEZE FOR 10 MINUTES


STEP 5: IN A NEW BOWL ADD COCOA POWDER, COCONUT OIL, SYRUP AND SWEETENER TO TASTE


STEP 6: POUR NEW MIXTURE ONTO PEANUT BUTTER MIXTURE AND FREEZE FOR 1-2 HOURS


STEP 7: REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND CUT INTO DISEARED PIECES
